We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our Team based in Bologna.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensures the content management for the Corporate website, including the coordination and support to the branches with the local websites
- Ensures the analysis of the websites’ performances monitoring data from Google Analytics and related reporting
- Optimize the website to improve its visibility through SEO and SEM strategies
- Manages the existing social media: editorial plan both HQ and branches related, content creation, campaigns, analysis and monitoring of KPIs through related reporting
- Supports with the marketing automation strategies: contents creation, targets and journeys definition
- Manage the creation of innovative online and offline sales and corporate communication tools (catalogs, leaflets, presentations, videos, success stories, communication materials for exhibitions and events)
- Supports in the media plan definition and management and press releases elaboration in coordination with the agency
- Ensures the respect of the given budgets per each activity through forecasts and periodic costs controls
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or Communication or related field
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong problem solving and effective communication skills
- Experience in Corporate Communications is a plus
- Experience in Digital communication (i.e. SEO/SEM, Social Media Analytics, Marketing Automation) is required
- Fluent in English
