Mission

Responsible for the implementation and the maintenance of the new sales channel for the company. He oversees the development of the new capabilities and the future improvement. He also monitor the online platform to guarantee its best reliability, efficiency and effectiveness

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Understand the overall vision and strategies of the new sales channel and implement the consequent tactics to reach the goals. 
  • Gather and analyze all the functional requirements for the new e-commerce sales channel. High level requirements must then be expanded into technical capabilities that can fulfill the objectives.
  • Manage the Application project plan, monitor milestones and timing, ensuring that project deliverables are issued within expected levels of quality and on-time also anticipating directly to interlocutors some criticalities and alert relevant to avoid delays or misalignments in deliverables
  • Present the technical solutions to the business. Prepare all the best presentation tools to help the business understanding the value propositions and being able to take decisions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Continuously verify and improve the overall quality of the e-commerce platform to find technical and functional bugs before the customers will notice them.
  • Define and document plans for backups, restores and disaster recovery.
  • Fulfill all the security requirements based on the company’s guidelines

Vendors Management

  • Identify the platform’s required capabilities that need to be served by external service providers.
  • Select the vendors based on the technical requirements, collect and summarize their value propositions and identify, with all the stakeholders, the best partner.
  • Organize the fulfillment of the onboarding process and coordinate the integration of the services into the platform. 
  • Collaborates with the vendors to guarantee the best results in terms of deliverables and deadlines fulfillment

Budgeting

  • Define and propose budget costs, both OPEX and CAPEX for Business Applications BPS function
  • Regular monitor actual expenditure against budget and review forecast, to guarantee actual results are in line with planned ones

 

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Economics;

- Past Experience in similar role (2-5 years);

- Fluent in English;

- Good knowledge of SalesForce;

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
