We are looking for a HR Data Analytics & Digital Transformation intern to join our Team based in Bologna. 

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITES

 

HR Data and Headcount Analysis

  • Collection and consolidation of headcount data from internal sources (e.g. HRIS, Excel, SAP, etc.)
  • Data validation and maintenance to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Analysis of monthly/quarterly workforce changes (hires, exits, turnover)

 

Reporting and Automation Tools

  • Development of headcount reporting by area, function, seniority, gender, location, etc.
  • Automation of recurring reporting and documentation
  • Contribution to the digitalization of data collection and visualization processes

 

Workforce Analysis

  • Support in identifying trends and insights (e.g. growth by area, aging workforce, skills gaps)
  • Collaboration in the development of organizational KPIs (e.g. FTE ratio, span of control, theoretical vs. actual headcount)
  • Creation of internal benchmarks across departments

 

Organizational Development Projects

  • Development of the Group organizational manual (professional family descriptions, list of roles by professional family, job descriptions / skills matrix)
  • Drafting of detailed job descriptions in addition to standard role profiles

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related fields
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • Good knowledge of the English language (B2 level)
  • Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
