MISSION
In this role, you will be part of the Solutions Marketing area, responsible for developing and executing the BU’s product marketing strategy, defining value propositions, creating marketing materials, and supporting the Sales Team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Analysis & Product Positioning
- Analyzes and monitors global market, technology, competitor, and customer trends related to solutions.
- Defines and applies analytical tools to assess market segmentation and the positioning of products and solutions.
- Identifies new market opportunities within BU sectors and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborates with Product Management to shape the product and solution roadmap by translating customer needs and value insights.
Communication & Promotion
- Implements the product communication strategy across markets and sectors, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Develops and adapts key messages for events, trade shows, and various communication channels.
- Collaborates with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to update commercial materials such as catalogues and website content.
- Supports Sales in creating sector-specific tools (presentations, guidelines, competitive guides) to emphasize product value, customer benefits, and market insights.
- Oversees the preparation of training materials for Sales teams and partners, and manages internal communications related to product launches, updates, and phase-outs.
Go-to-Market
- Supports the analysis phase of sector business plans with a focus on business development.
- Works with sector teams to define the go-to-market strategy, including product value proposition development and communication.
- Manages the execution of go-to-market plans in the M&R sector, ensuring compliant timelines, budget adherence, and successful product launch and promotion.
- Collaborates closely with key strategic customers to ensure effective product application, providing timely support and troubleshooting when required.
