We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team based in Calderara di Reno.

 

MISSION

Contribute to the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communication initiatives, supporting brand visibility, engagement, and consistency across events, digital platforms, and corporate channels.

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

 

Exhibitions & Events:

  • Support and contribute to the planning and execution of fairs and events, including venue preparation, invitations, timelines, and on-site coordination
  • Support vendor and agency management (catering, booth builders, etc.), ensuring the best balance between quality and costs
  • Support coordination of logistics, hospitality, transfers, and event staff on-site
  • Support budget tracking and administrative activities, ensuring timely payments and compliance with financial constraints
  • Support post-event analysis, evaluation of results, and reporting on event effectiveness

 

Social Media & Content creation:

  • Support and contribute to the management of corporate social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), including HQ and branch editorial plans
  • Support content creation and campaign execution across digital channelsSupport KPI monitoring and reporting for social media and digital activities
  • Support the creation and update of communication materials (catalogs, leaflets, presentations, videos, success stories, newsletters) for both online and offline use
  • Support the development of communication content for exhibitions, events, and corporate initiatives

 

Internal communication:

  • Support the management of the company intranet, including content collection, editing, and publication according to the monthly editorial plan
  • Support branches and plants in defining and executing their editorial plans

 

Website Management:

  • Support content management for corporate and branch websites
  • Support website performance monitoring through analytics and KPI reporting
  • Support optimization initiatives to improve website visibility through SEO and SEM strategies

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles 
  • Experience in managing Google Ads and social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and performance analysis tools
  • Strong skills in SEO and SEM
  • Knowledge of main online and offline communication channels and tools
  • Experience in social media management
  • Ability in content management and content creation
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., WBS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Availability for business travel and events (e.g., trade shows, exhibitions)
  • Preferred background in manufacturing companies
  • Degree in Marketing, Economics, Languages, or related fields
