We are looking for a One-off Project Order Management.

 

MISSION

Ensure the effective and efficient management of one-off high-value projects for strategic customers, facilitating seamless order execution and achieving high customer satisfaction from pre-sales through delivery and, when necessary, post-sales services.

Strive to deliver a premium level of service that goes beyond standard order processing by proactively managing priorities and critical issues in a structured and coordinated manner throughout the entire organization.

Collaborate closely with HQ Sales to ensure full alignment with the commercial strategy.

 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Pre-Sales Support:
    • Support Sales in preparing commercial proposals, validating timelines and specific Customer requirements.
    • Identify and share potential criticalities/roadblocks, monitoring their resolution to ensure agreed timelines and costs.
    • Collect forecasts from Sales and Customers (internal/external) and share them with the plant.
    • Collaborate with R&D Solution/Sales to secure and monitor critical or long lead-time components.

 

  • Order Management:
    • Coordinate and plan activities with HQ, plants, and subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and costs.
    • Manage allocation of tasks and products between HQ and subsidiaries (in case of complex projects or local assembly).
    • Prioritize and monitor activities required for the project workflow (PRJ).
    • Supervise order confirmation and SAP entry in line with market expectations.
    • Monitor project/order progress, interfacing with Customers (internal/external).
    • Ensure proper fulfillment of specific requirements agreed in the offer/order phase (documentation, certifications, inspections, Gantt, reporting, etc.).
    • Manage order changes, urgencies, and criticalities (procurement, stock shortages, non-conformities, exceptions, etc.).
    • Handle escalations and priorities in alignment with Sales.
    • Oversee the resolution of complex project issues, including coordinating on-site activities when necessary.

 

  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Collect and propose improvement actions to streamline or implement new processes and procedures.
    • Support Sales in analyzing Customer needs and in defining/implementing new commercial strategies.
    • Conduct resource/process assessments in subsidiaries and provide training and coaching to local contacts on shared strategies and actions.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to read a BOM (Bill of Materials).
  • Ability to perform scheduling, define milestones, and manage activities.
