Mission

The PLM Process Governance Specialist ensures R&D processes analysis and optimization, reengineering the processes on related tools and systems.

Main responsabilities

• R&D Processes Analysis & Optimization:
  • Development and management of main Engineering Processes (Product Development, Change Management) and relevant sub-processes, appliable across and outside R&D platforms

• R&D Systems Functional Analysis & Training:

  • Develop and describe functional specifications Vs IT and external suppliers​

  • Support IT department for their implementation and deployment within the PLM/ERP systems​

  • Prepare documents (diagrams, instructions, video-tutorial) to support users in working with PLM workflows​

  • Arrange and conduct training sessions (physical and/or virtual) for above processes​

  • Provide daily support to PLM users on above processes

• Reporting:
  • Create useful operative applications and reports & dashboard for the management and operative users

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Python programming

• Fluent in English
