Plant Quality
MISSION
Ensures that the plant produces high-quality products that meet customer expectations, in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. is responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures and continuously improving the plant's quality control processes, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions and ensuring that all necessary reports and documentation are maintained.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Develops and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations and standards
- Conducts audits and inspections of the plant to identify areas for improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency
- Ensure the appropriate use of equipment in quality
- Ensure the activities related to entry and exit product controls
- Manages of non-conformities related action plan
- Monitors the production line by carrying out periodic checks on the products by carrying out tests of impact, temperature, humidity, etc.
- Manages the plant's testing and inspection equipment and ensuring that they are properly calibrated and maintained(internal and external calibrations, estimates, RDA)
- Collaborates with other departments within the organization to identify and address quality issues
- Participates in the development and implementation of new products or processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards at every stage of development
- KPI monitoring (PPM, FTQ, Picking, Uploading, Shipping errors)
- Ensures the collection, recording and archiving of assembly control sheets. Performing internal audits
- Carrying out supplier certification according to company quality standards.
- Collaborates with other departments to solve quality-related tasks.
- Ensures the maintenance of local quality documentation (issue, changes, revision, communication).
- Ensures the achievement of ISO 9001:2015 standard certification in collaboration with Group Quality Management System
