MISSION


Guarantee the achievement of sales performance goals in the reference Region and in the specific Sector managing a list of target customers (new and existing), deploying the strategy defined in agreement with Sector Sales Manager and Country Sales Manager. Ensures the consolidation of relationships with Key Customers, already developed, for the sector and the development of new potential customers in the sector (prospect).

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 


• Provides a depth understanding of the target sector trends and competitors benchmarking
• Supports the Sector Sales Manager into the definition of new product/solutions requirements relevant to the sector
• Lead the technical discussions with the customer during all the phase of the development, including commissioning and prototype/field validation
• Supports Country Sales Manager in the definition of strategy to penetrate the specific Sector in the reference Region to offer products and solution in line with sector needs
• Supports the implementation of the Local platforms (sales/technical/SCM/after sales)
needed to create culture into the whole branch and insure complete service to the customer
• Visits, regularly, the target new customers to develop new leads, build relationships and
generate new prospects opportunities offering them best products/solutions and available

services, indicating the mission of the services, the most important benefits and contractual terms
• Defines the best technical and commercial proposal to secure the orders guaranteeing the
compliance of risk mitigation policies

 


REQUIRED SKILLS


• Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-4 years of experienceR&D/ technical roles and in Industrial Automation sector
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactivity and problem solving attitude
