Supplier Accounting Specialist

We are looking for a Supplier Accounting Specialist to join our AFC Team based in Calderara di Reno (BO).

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Prepare, record, analyze and report standard accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
• Determines classifications and records financial transactions applying accounting technique, standard practices and accepted accounting policies and principles.
• Identifies, researches, and resolves discrepancies or out of balance situations amongst assigned General Ledger Accounts
• Work with multiple departments within Bonfiglioli Group to resolve the invoice issues. • Ensure adherence to Bonfiglioli’s financial policies, and work with Local Finance teams to address any potential issues identified
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; • At least 5 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred; • Excellent communication skills • Fluent in English Location: Calderara di Reno (BO)

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor Degree in Economics

- Past experience in similar role (2-5 years)

- Good knowledge of accounting principles

- Fluent in English

- Excellent communication skills
