Electrical Cabinets Technical Leader
Mission
Ensure the technical oversight of activities related to Electrical Cabinets Manufacturing, through technical management of products and process, in collaboration with the local technical department. Ensure the integrity, consistency, and continuous update of Bills of Materials (BOM) and work cycles. Collaborate across technical, production, sourcing, purchasing and sales departments to enhance industrial efficiency and support the proper industrialization of new products.
Main Responsibilities
Technical Management

Manages the technical workflow of product and process.

Assesses the industrial impact of critical technical choices.

Study and analysis of production requirements and definition of technical objectives. Identification of the most suitable technical solutions and evaluation of compatibility with existing processes through cost–benefit analysis.

Evaluates risks associated with technical solutions and the impact on manufacturing and materials.

Definition and monitoring of process parameters to ensure quality and repeatability of operations.
Bill Of Materials (BOM)
- Supervises the process of creation, validation, and update of product Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Manages the maintenance of alignment between technical documents and ERP.
- Management of configurations, revisions, and versioning for both standard and custom products.
- Verifies the alignment between internal technical documents and customers requirements.
- Proposes to customers solutions for technical issues.
Work Cycles
- Definition, update, and validation of work cycles (phases, times, work centers).
- Collaboration with Operations and Production, to define operational phases and optimize cycle times.
- Contribution to production efficiency improvement through the accuracy of technical data.
Industrialization and launch of new products

Supports sales department performing technical analysis of product solutions during the development phase.

Preparation of technical specifications for the request for quotation (RFQ).

Supports sourcing and purchasing department in finding competitive solutions for materials for new products.

Interfaces with customers to find the best solutions for product industrialisation.
- Management of related documentation, revision traceability, and impacts on the production cycle.
Continuous improvement•Implementation of rapid solutions to optimize production processes.
- Introduction of new solutions to increase productivity.
- Support in troubleshooting technical issues and managing product/process non-conformities.
- Supports the Quality department in analysing changes related to non-conformities.
- Works in a Kaizen perspective to assure a positive approach to problem solving.
