Wind Sales & Business Development
Mission
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales performance goals in Wind sector, managing a list of Strategic Global Key Customers and deploying the strategy defined in agreement with Sector Sales Manager and Global Sales Director. You will also guarantee the consolidation of relationships with Key Customers already developed and the development of new potential customers for the related sector in both existing as well as new application.
Main Responsibilities
Sales Intelligence
- Provide a deep understanding of the target sector trends and competitors benchmarking
- Establish customers and target actions in cooperation with branches and Group Internal department
- Develop, execute and maintain a plan for the area in collaboration with branches
- Generate new sales leads on direct, existing and potential accounts and track them thought CRM
Strategy and Planning
- Support the organization in the strategy’s definition to penetrate the specific Sector in order to offer products and solution in line with sector needs
- Collect technical Specification for the application analysis and guide Customers towards the optimal solution through technical and co-engineered discussion
Sales Processes & Tools
- Establish and regulate sales prices by monitoring costs, competition and constraints
- Prepare regular reports on accounts / areas and on the strategic initiatives’ evolutions
- Use Salesforce on regular basis to effectively manage Customer Relationship, existing ones as well as new opportunity. Connect and streamline information flow, ensuring to all the relevant stake holder accessible, centralized data for improved business collaboration external as well as internal one
Go to market
- Visit, regularly, the target Key Accounts to maintain strong relationships developing effective and sustainable frame contracts and offering them best products/solutions in line with customer needs and according to the agreed sector approach
- Visit, regularly, the target areas to develop new leads, build relationships and generate new prospects opportunities offering them best products/solutions and available services, indicating the most important benefits and contractual terms
- Define and close the best technical and commercial proposal, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contractual requirements with business needs
- Define spares price strategy for Aftersales Area
- Represent the first contact point for the customer regarding every aspect of purchase experience by coordinating the internal functions
- Assist customer in their challenging needs by pushing the organization and escalating when needed
- Lead annual or multi-annual Negotiation with Wind Gobal Account, defining share of Business in coordination with the Sales Sector Manager and Global Sales Director
- Work in close cooperation with Project Management Team in order to provide Weekly Tracker for the most Global Account strategic project and quickly react / escalate if needed

- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Teamcenter
