We are looking for a Global Account Manager to join our Team based in Castel Maggiore.
MISSION
Define, implement and lead sales strategies for the assigned key Customers in order to achieve market growth aspirations according to the Company strategy.
Identify and develop, autonomously, growth with New Accounts.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
SALES INTELLIGENCE
- Identify the best position in the market according to company strategy
- Analyse market trend and competition
- Manage the negotiations according to the Company guidelines
STRATEGY AND PLANNING
- Define the strategic commercial growth plan for the sector, building client relationships and create new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and settle sales budget
- Ensure the planning and coordination of sales activities and supervise the achievement of results (revenues and market share)
- Coordinate the various internal departments involved in the customer satisfaction process (PM, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.)
GO TO MARKET
- Build and maintain strong relationships at senior levels with the key stakeholders
- Promote additional /new solutions to current Key Customers
- Promote research of New Accounts
APPLICATION ENGINEERING
- In cooperation with R&D and RFQ team coordinate activity to finalize the best offer to customer
- Understand real Customers needs and requirements and, in line, guide internal analysis to promote to customer the right solution and offer
BUDGETING
- Elaboration, proposal and control of the Sales budget in terms of expected sales volume for the assigned sector
- Monitor continuously portfolio in order to intercept deviations and define related actions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Past experience in a comparable role in a company of the same or similar sector (customized technology)
- Master Degree Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Kwoledge of electronic components or Industrial Automation applications is preferred
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Good command of English
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
The annual compensation range for this position is € 70,000 - € 80,000, with additional benefits and variable compensation where applicable (e.g., bonuses, incentive plan, MBO).
This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
