HR Supervisor

Mission

Ensures effective management/control of all HR processes at local level in line with national legislation and Group HR Strategy.
Supports the Country Manager in implementing the business strategy adding value to business in terms of organizational effectiveness and people development

Main Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Support Management in planning workforce needs and implementing the action plan to provide fast and effective answers to the business
  • Provide leadership, motivation, inspiration and development to establish and maintain a positive work environment
  • Influence people managers providing experienced professional advice to the organization, supporting decision making processes which may have cross-functional impact
  • Understand, follow and enforce all established Company policies, procedures.
  • Manage and monitor : hiring process, turnover, employee programs, performance appraisals, wage progression

 

Administration & Services

  • Apply company policies, benefits, practices, procedures, programs 
  • Ensure HR compliance at local level
  • Manage T&C of employment (e.g.: new hires, promotions and transfers)
  • Manage company’s payroll (outsourced/insourced)

 

Labour Cost

  • Ensure, in collaboration with Country Manager, the elaboration, proposal and sharing of the HR Country annual budget and forecast collecting needs from the business and providing solutions which combines efficiency with effectiveness
  • Supervise/control labor cost and propose all the necessary corrective actions

 

Recruitment

  • Ensure recruitment activities to guarantee the right staffing levels 
  • Plan and coordinate new employee onboarding to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives

 

Compensation & Benefit

  • Ensure salary reviews and incentive programs in accordance with the Global HR Function guidelines and with contractual arrangements (collective or individual)
  • Oversee and enforce a performance appraisal system that drives high performances

 

Talent Development

  • Contribute to training and development activities
  • Collect training needs and contribute to design employee and leadership training and development, including safety programs
  • Support Senior management in HR strategic planning through succession planning and leadership development processes

 

Organizational Development

  • Ensure, in collaboration with Global HR Functions, the Local Organizational development activities collecting needs from the business and leading all the activities related to Change Management initiatives
