QHSE and aftersales Manager
Mission
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the plant produces high-quality products that meet customer expectations, in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also be responsible for managing all activities related to environmental safety and employee security (e.g., oil spills, toxic fumes, etc.) in collaboration with an occupational doctor and Group HSE, analyzing risks and accidents and planning improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will handle internal and external customer claims, understand customer needs, define root causes of problems and manage discussions with customers.
Main Responsibilities
Quality Process and Product Control
- Develops and implement quality control procedures and policies to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations and standards
- Conducts audits and inspections of the plant to identify areas for improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency
- Ensure the appropriate use of equipment in quality
- Ensure the activities related to entry and exit product controls
- Manages of non-conformities related action plan
- Monitors the production line by carrying out periodic checks on the products by carrying out tests of impact, temperature, humidity, etc.
- Collaborates with other departments within the organization to identify and address quality issues
- Participates in the development and implementation of new products or processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards at every stage of development
HSE Local Management
- Ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and energy standards, as well as safety risk levels, in accordance with Group policies and procedures.
- Manages and coordinates occupational medicine activities.
- Handles employees' occupational injuries and disabilities in cooperation with Human Capital and the local occupational doctor.
- Ensures the timely procurement, proper handling, and distribution of PPE (DPI). Monitors its safe use across different roles.
- Verifies compliance with legal requirements, including plant certification, emissions management, and other regulatory obligations.
- Oversees mandatory safety training.
- Manages first aid teams.
Claim Management
- Analyzes and manages customer complaints, using Failure Analysis tools to identify appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensures timely customer responses.
- Periodically analyzes data on claim management progress and key issues to gain a clear understanding of the department's operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinates the necessary activities to resolve claims by collaborating with various departments.
- Works closely with the Repair Center to analyze returned components.
Risk Analysis and Audit Management
- Performs internal audits and ensures compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard certification. Manages local audits in collaboration with Group Quality & HSE Management System.
- Ensures the maintenance, updating, revision, and communication of local HSE and quality documentation.
- Analyzes and evaluates risks related to employee safety, plans improvement initiatives, and monitors results.
- Analyzes injuries and incidents, defines corrective actions, and identifies improvements to reduce the occurrence of accidents and incidents.
Reporting
- KPI monitoring (PPM, FTQ, Picking, Uploading, Shipping errors).
- Responsible for updating local HSE KPIs related to accidents, energy consumption, hazardous waste management, etc.
- Provides accident and incident analysis to define corrective actions and improvements needed to reduce the occurrence of accidents and incidents.
- Provides environmental risk analysis to define corrective actions and improvements necessary to reduce environmental risks.
