Program Manager Specialist

MISSION

 

In this role you will be responsible for managing EMS production projects end to end, ensuring compliance with SOPs, timelines, costs and quality standards. You will act as the technical point of contact for customers and sales, while coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting the analysis of requirements and preparation of competitive RFQs.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

 

Project Management 

  • Definition of project goals and identification of internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning and communication of the project schedule
  • Collection of product requirements
  • Coordination of project team activities to plan and monitor project progress, ensuring the achievement of goals related to performance, cost, and timeline
  • Identification of risks and development of appropriate risk mitigation plans
  • Monitoring of project progress with respect to time, cost, quality, and risk
  • Management of project changes and implementation of corrective actions to ensure target achievement
  • Preparation of technical reports and variance analyses to summarize project results and highlight critical issues and potential solutions to ensure successful project delivery
  • Organization of post-SOP review meetings to gather lessons learned

 

Pre and Post Sales Technical Support

  • Provide technical support to the Sales team during the pre-sales phase
  • Participate in and coordinate technical meetings with customers and suppliers
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to identify suppliers and customized technical solutions
  • Ensure that prototype, pre-series, and SOP milestones are met
  

Technical Analysis & RFQ

  • Review technical customer documentation (BOM, circuit diagrams, CAD files, mechanical specifications, test procedures)
  • Collect technical specification requirements and production process information necessary for the RFQ
  • Prepare detailed technical offers aligned with company strategies
  • Present and explain offers to the Sales team

 

HARD SKILLS

 

  • Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project
  • Technical knowledge of electronics (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with advanced project management methodologies (nice to have)
  • Technical understanding of ERP systems
