We are seeking a Material & Production Planner Coordinator to join our team in Rovereto (TN).
MISSION
Ensure on-time fulfillment of customer demand by delivering effective production plans and securing material availability
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Team Leadership:
-
Lead and develop a team of four Production and Material Planners, ensuring effective workload distribution, clear priorities and continuous professional growth.

Coordinate daily and weekly planning activities, promoting collaboration across Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Sales.

Production Planning:
-
Oversee the planning and scheduling of assembly and machining operations to ensure on-time customer deliveries.

Monitor production capacity utilization, balancing demand, available resources and production constraints.

Define and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in line with customer demand, business priorities and manufacturing capacity.

Plan critical product lines and support the introduction of new products and industrialization projects.

Maintain and continuously optimize MRP planning parameters to improve planning accuracy and system performance.

Monitor production order execution, prioritize manufacturing orders according to business needs and define recovery plans for overdue orders.

Confirm customer delivery dates in collaboration with Sales, ensuring alignment with production capabilities.

Material Planning:

Oversee the material planning process to ensure the timely availability of direct materials required for production.

Directly manage the planning and procurement of critical materials to minimize supply risks and production disruptions.

Coordinate with Purchasing to prioritize supplier actions for critical components and optimize purchasing lot sizes according to inventory targets and production requirements.

Support inventory optimization initiatives by balancing material availability, stock levels and working capital objectives.

Coordinate daily and weekly material planning activities to ensure full alignment with the production schedule.

Manage material shortages and delivery issues by coordinating actions across Production, Purchasing and Warehouse.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement improvements to planning processes, MRP parameters and planning methodologies.

Monitor KPIs and support the Supply Chain Manager in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving service levels, inventory performance and planning efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
-
4–5 years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience coordinating or leading a planning team is preferred.

Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and production planning methodologies.

Experience with SAP is preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE
The annual compensation range for this position is €37,000 - €41,000, with additional benefits.
This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
