We are seeking an Industrial Quality Assurance Professional to join our team in Calderara di Reno (BO).
MISSION
Contribute to development of quality standards, guidelines and control plans in the production processes within the plants and branches, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines through systematic auditing and performance monitoring. Define, monitor and report the related KPIs to measure production process performance and drive corrective and continuous improvement actions. Coordinate Plant and Branch Quality Engineers to ensure methodological alignment and the effective sharing of improvements across the organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manufacturing Quality Process:
- Ensure that the Plant, together with the Manufacturing team, properly identifies potential process issues and monitors adherence to Corporate standards and guidelines.
- Verify the alignment of existing quality control processes with Corporate guidelines.
- Participate in PFMEA activities for new processes.
- Ensure manufacturing process compliance through quality audit reports, validating and monitoring the effectiveness of implementation and related corrective actions.
- Support plants / branches in developing continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving quality results.
Process Quality Assurance:
- Conducts Corporate PPAP process audit to release/validate new machine/manufacturing process and plan standard corporate audit to monitor the quality performance of the existing production lines (assembly and machine lines).
- Define, manage and follow the internal audit plan, systematically auditing the production processes of plants and branches to ensure compliance and alignment with Corporate guidelines, supporting the identification and execution of required corrective actions, and identifying further opportunities for improvement.
- Ensures the sharing of improvements introduced across the different Plants/Branches.
- Defines and validates, together with Plants and OE, the production processes and control plans for product series/families , and systematically analyzes them to ensure compliance and alignment with Corporate guidelines.
- Coordinates Plant and Branch PQEs, ensuring their methodological alignment and monitoring the results of the activities carried out.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Background in manufacturing sectors such as automotive, metal-mechanical, electric motors, or automated machinery (experience within our industry is considered a plus)
- Experience in product and process auditing (automotive audit experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies including DFMEA, PFMEA, and PPAP
- Familiarity with advanced quality tools (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
The annual compensation range for this position is €40,000 - €45,000, with additional benefits.
This compensation range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including the scope of the role, required skills, relevant professional experience, qualifications, and level of responsibility.
