We are seeking an Incoming Quality Team Leader to join our team in Forlì.
MISSION
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet defined quality standards and technical drawings by managing the entire testing process — from planning through execution — to verify the quality of incoming materials. You will also drive continuous improvement by applying root cause analysis to prevent recurring and systemic product failures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Testing Methodologies

Defines and maintains guidelines to ensure the quality and reliability of measurement results for raw materials, products, and production batches

Ensures that measurement samples are representative of the material, product, or series, and that certified reference materials are used to guarantee measurement traceability

Verifies that measurements meet the required standards of accuracy and precision, ensuring data robustness and integrity

Drives continuous improvement of measurement methodologies by standardizing analytical procedures and reducing measurement bias
Testing

Ensures and manages first-article inspections and sampling activities (PPAP – Production Part Approval Process, shot drawings, dimensional reports) for purchased raw materials

Manages first deliveries and ongoing series inspections to ensure compliance with the Group’s quality standards

Oversees quality controls related to supplier issues, performing root cause analysis to identify underlying causes, define corrective actions, and prevent recurrence

Manages inspections and containment activities for potentially non-conforming components supplied by vendors
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the metalworking/manufacturing sector
- Experience in Quality
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Good knowledge of English
